About the role

Lead therapeutic care for Children and Young People in OOHC. Manage a caseload (up to 12) and embed trauma-informed culturally responsive practice. Guide Care Teams drive case goals and deliver hands-on therapeutic support under clinical supervision.

Duties

Conduct assessments and set intervention plans

Deliver trauma-informed therapeutic support

Lead Care Team meetings and guide practice

Manage risk compliance and reporting

Collaborate with stakeholders and courts


Skills & Experience

Degree in Psychology Social Work OT or MH Nursing

5 years in therapeutic/OOHC settings Current AHPRA or relevant registration

NDIS and disability pathway knowledge

Driver licence and probity checks
