Resumen del Puesto
En una ubicación de cliente/proveedor realiza una variedad de actividades del centro de distribución relacionadas con uno o más de los siguientes procesos: empaque envío recepción cumplimiento de órdenes manejo de inventario almacenamiento distribución y soporte de inventarios. Proporciona un servicio de alta calidad rentable y eficiente para satisfacer las demandas actuales y futuras.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Completa órdenes a partir del inventario almacenado cumpliendo con los requisitos del cliente y los procesos de inspección/pruebas. Envía las órdenes dentro de los tiempos comprometidos y completa toda la documentación. Se comunica con el líder/supervisor sobre cualquier problema con el cumplimiento.
- Recibe desempaca e inspecciona materiales y productos entrantes y los verifica contra las órdenes escritas. Devuelve materiales defectuosos.
- Asegura que documentación como listas de empaque etiquetas de envío y otros documentos estén completos precisos y procesados adecuadamente.
- Identifica investiga y participa en oportunidades para mejorar procesos y procedimientos incluyendo diversos indicadores clave de desempeño.
- Mantiene y actualiza los sistemas según sea necesario.
- Otras tareas asignadas.

- Adquiere y aplica conocimiento práctico de la organización el puesto las prácticas y los procedimientos para ser competente en todos los aspectos del trabajo.
- Realiza funciones semi-rutinarias y reconoce la necesidad de soluciones alternativas ocasionales.
- El trabajo se realiza de manera independiente con supervisión mínima. Capaz de establecer prioridades y administrar el tiempo para completar el trabajo.
- Puede ser necesaria la colaboración con otros departamentos o equipos para desempeñar el rol. Puede responder frecuentemente a solicitudes de otros interna o externamente.
- El impacto de las decisiones puede afectar al departamento. Los errores pueden resultar en pérdida de tiempo recursos y/o satisfacción del cliente.
Experiencia Laboral
Generalmente requiere un mínimo de dos años de experiencia relacionada.
Educación y Certificaciones
Diploma de preparatoria o equivalente.
Características Distintivas
- Puede requerir estar de pie por periodos prolongados y levantar hasta 50 libras (aprox. 23 kg).
- Puede requerir certificación para montacargas.
- Puede requerirse cumplir con estándares específicos de agudeza visual si se realizan inspecciones finales.
- Requiere la capacidad de estar de pie agacharse inclinarse ponerse en cuclillas girar y trabajar a alturas superiores a 15 pies (aprox. 4.5 m).
