Job Summary

ob Description (JD) for a QA Tester with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) skills.

Perform end-to-end testing of SFCC implementations including user flows checkout integrations and performance.

4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing.
Strong understanding of Business Manager and its configuration capabilities.
Familiarity with tools like Jira ADO Test rail .
Solid grasp of manual testing methodologies and test documentation.
Good Knowledge on Agile methodologies
Understanding of APIs and ability to do API testing using Postman
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Navigate and configure Business Manager to test promotions coupons campaign rules catalogs and merchandising settings.
Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to identify report and resolve bugs.
Write and maintain detailed test cases based on functional requirements.
Conduct regression cross-browser and mobile testing.
Validate integrations with third-party systems like ERP CRM and payment gateways.
Document test results and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
Good Knowledge on Accessibility testing

Good to have

Experience with automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium TestCafe).

Project Environment:

It is Maintenance and Support Project.
All the roles mentioned below are specifically for the Maintenance and Support Project. Roles will require working in rotational shifts
