Job Summary

Job Description:

Monitor and ensure compliance with RBI Master Directions on NBFCs Fair Practices Code and KYC/AML guidelines
Track regulatory circulars and assess their impact on unsecured personal loan products and processes
Assist in preparing and filing regulatory returns with RBI (SMA reporting FIU- IND CERSAI etc.)
Support internal audits concurrent audits and regulatory inspections
Review loan documentation credit policies and customer communication for compliance adherence
Maintain compliance calendar and ensure timely closure of all regulatory obligations
Coordinate with product operations and legal teams on process changes driven by regulatory updates
Assist in drafting compliance reports for the Board and Audit Committee
Handle customer grievance escalations from a regulatory and compliance lens
