Job Summary
Summary: As a Software Development Lead a typical day involves overseeing the development and configuration of software systems either managing the entire process or focusing on specific phases within the product lifecycle. This role requires applying a broad understanding of various technologies methodologies and tools to effectively support clients projects or organizational units. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving project requirements and collaboration with diverse teams to ensure seamless software delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scala.
- Strong experience in functional programming concepts and their application in software development.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Experience in debugging performance tuning and optimizing Scala-based applications.
- Competence in integrating Scala applications with various data sources and external services.
Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scala.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
