Accountability

In charge of E-commerce campaign and content be accountable for in-site integrated campaign and content planning for each EC customers in monthly base and real-time optimization in daily base closely work w/ Sales team & TP to track/improve in-site tactics to ensure GMV target & ROI. Work closely with marketing brand team & media e-commerce sales TP to define content strategy/calendar/roadmap tailored for leading e-commerce platforms drive in-site conversion and maximize synergy. Be familiar with Tmall KOL livestreaming landscape have ability to plan and execute and drive Tmall KOL livestreaming sales. Lead to establish maintain and improve EC communication assets and provide design guidance to Sales/TP. Develop and manage EC always on content excellence including livestreaming/short videos/wendajia/etc.

Requirements:

  • Strong business sense and have in-depth EC knowledge including in-stie IP campaign KOL livestreaming design/content and data analysis about TM and JD.
  • Successful EC campaign or projects experience on Tmall or JD. Be familiar with wellness and have insights on competitors EC Marketing approach.
  • Self-motivated and result driven.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in EC (Tmall or JD is a must) or Marketing area.

Special Knowledge
1) Good Marketing fundamentals Data analytics & Insight generation skill with logical framework thinking as well as interpersonal skill. Comfortable to work with X-functions in Matrix organization
2) Good understanding of Digital & Ecommerce Traffic ecosystem of key leading platforms (Alibaba JD etc) including both eKA & FGS mode.
3) Good understanding of EMKT/digital/social Knowledge understand how performance media can support both brand building & e-commerce sales.
4) Good understanding on e-commerce and hands-on co-work experience is preferred: Platform co-op TP in-site traffic etc Ability to provide thoughtful data analytics-based guidance to Sales & TP.
5) Hands-on experience & successful track record on Brand Digital campaign/activation planning and end to end digital execution creative development & implementation KOL/IP partnership etc
6) Understanding of Marketing mix media KPI evaluation and digital/social media tactics.
7) Skill on Agency management & Negotiation Ability to provide thoughtful & inspiring guidance to agencies.
