Job Description
A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role in the FMCG industry involves overseeing financial activities such as fund flow management cash flow analysis GST TDS income tax compliance statutory compliances MIS reporting budgeting ledger scrutiny Ind AS implementation financial planning costing analysis and ROC compliances. The CFO plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage fund flow and cash flow to optimize financial resources.
- Oversee GST TDS income tax filings and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and regulations.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely MIS reports.
- Conduct budgeting and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and oversee Ind AS implementation.
- Lead financial planning and cost control initiatives.
- Manage ROC compliances and filings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role in the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations accounting principles and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical strategic planning and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
