Fellowship Square is a welcoming and supportive senior living community and were looking for a caring and dependable full-time Housekeeper to join our Memory Care team. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents while helping maintain a clean calm and well-cared-for environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping dusting vacuuming and disinfecting common areas resident rooms and bathrooms.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas hallways offices and other facility spaces.
- Manage cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety and health protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Provide exceptional service to residents and staff while maintaining respect for their privacy and comfort.
- Assist with laundry services including washing drying folding and storing linens and personal items.
- Report any concerns or issues related to the facilitys cleanliness and resident needs to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferably in a senior living facility healthcare setting or similar environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be able to speak read write and understand English.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with residents.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment chemicals and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift push and pull items of at least 25 pounds.
- Reliable punctual and able to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Schedule: Mon-Fr 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $17.50
