Join the team at Hampton Inn Lincoln Airport as a dedicated this role you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel ensuring guests have a welcoming and enjoyable stay at our Lincoln NE location.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to the hotels standards.
- Change linens make beds and replenish amenities in a timely manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies safety and health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and courteously to guest requests.
- Assist with laundry and housekeeping supply management as needed.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including standing bending and lifting.
- Good communication skills and friendly demeanor.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
