Job Summary

We are Eil Global a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops Servers networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions
Site Locations: Taupo Tauranga and Multiple locations in NZ
Mode: Dispatch - On call ticket based/Freelance/Part time/Casual Basis
SLA: SBD and NBD support
Dispatch/Adhoc Requirement:
Exp in handling desktop/network issues/Audio Video - Conference room Set Up
Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
Install patches
Software and Hardware Break Fix
Well versed network engineer (Good to have CCNA or above certification)
Basics of Wi-Fi
Basics of networks LAN WAN Switch and Router Configuration
Install and administer MS Office
Business English with local language
Standard Tools Engineers need to Carry While going to site:
Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
Cisco Console cable (DB9 Rj45 or USB RJ45). In case of USB convertor used make sure drivers are properly installed
Laptop should have following program/software installed
Putty
Team Viewer
TFTP server
Screw Driver Set
Internet data Card
TECH MUSH HAVE CONSOLE CABLE AND LAPTOP AND HAVE ABILITY TO CONSOLE INTO CISCO ROUTER AND USE WEBEX
Note: This is on call basis for dispatch/adhoc backfill projects and the scope of work varies from client to client. Above mentioned is the general JD.
