REQUIREMENTS:

  • You are an undergraduate (3rd 4th 5th year) or up to 12 months after your graduation (Business Management Marketing related majors)
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2) and native Polish both written and spoken
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • You are open-minded communicative fast learner and you have analytical thinking skills
  • You are eager to learn new skills and open to work in a dynamic environment
  • You like drawing conclusions and eager to take on new challenges
  • Availability per week min. 32h (4 days)

WE OFFER:

  • Contract of mandate for 6 months (up to 12 months)
  • Hourly rate on this position is not less than 35 PLN gross / hour

YOUR TASKS:

  • Oversight of Call Center Operations managing external vendors ensuring operational stability and maintaining high service quality
  • Support for Sales and B2C Campaigns creating and updating sales materials (scripts emails presentations) and monitoring timely execution of orderrelated processes
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration working closely with Legal CX Quality Retention Acquisition and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Driving Continuous Improvement designing and implementing initiatives to enhance customer experience and efficiency based on data analysis and performance insights
  • Systems and Tools Administration managing user accounts roles and access rights and resolving system issues together with technical teams
