Your place in our story

The PDO Representative is responsible for conducting various Pre-Delivery Orientations to identify deficiencies and provide the Homeowner with an orientation to their new home.

Heres how youll contribute

• Conduct inspections prior to Pre-Delivery to ensure quality meet standards

• Conduct PDO inspection with Homeowners

• Explain Tarion / Minto warranty to Homeowners

• Review Homeowner selections and changes

• Review house operations (fans ERV furnace hot water tank)

• Review Minto PDO and PDO items with construction team

• Follow up on construction / Minto PDO to ensure items completed / closed off

• Other duties withing the scope spirit and purpose of the job as directed by Minto

What you bring to the team

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in the construction is considered an asset

• Knowledge of Newstar Constellation an asset

• Ability to read plans

• Knowledge of Tarion procedures in relation to PDO and Warranty

• Problem solving

• Good judgment

• Attention to detail

• Interpersonal skills

• Professional in nature

• Adaptability to the customer

• Communication skills (listening verbal and written)

Hiring pay range:$60000-$66000 a year
