Caregiver

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiverto join our team at our assisted living this role you will provide high-quality care and support to residents assisting with daily activities and ensuring their health safety and well-being.

As a Certified Caregiver you will also be responsible for administering medications following care plans and collaborating with the healthcare team to promote the best possible outcomes for each resident. If you are passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors and are committed to providing personalized hands-on care we would love to have you on our team.

• Medication Administration: Deliver medications as outlined in residents care plans.
• Daily Living Assistance: Help residents with bathing dressing grooming mobility and eating.
• Health Monitoring: Observe and document residents health reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Personalized Care: Follow individualized care plans to meet each residents unique needs.
• Emotional Support: Provide companionship and encourage a positive environment.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe clean and hazard-free living environment.
• Emergency Response: Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and communicate with families about resident care.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Negative TB Test (must be submitted before starting).
• Knowledge of medication administration and documentation.
• Ability to assist with daily activities (bathing dressing grooming mobility).
• Excellent communication skills with residents families and team members.
• Compassionate patient and dedicated to senior care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in assisted living or healthcare is a plus.
• Must be able to lift and transfer residents following safety protocols.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors with empathy.
• Professional and positive demeanor at all times.
