Job Summary
- Contribute to Boschs worldwide industrialization programs by providing and implementing capable manufacturing processes
- Manufacturing process design for our CC products WSS ESP IPB and be active member in SE teams
- Tight cooperation with special machinery manufacturing product engineering and our leadplants (BhP Szh2) and COCs
- Work closely with TEF1TEF4 COS ENG and MOE to ensure technical quality and cost targets
- Contribute to equipment standardization localization and cost optimization activities
- Systematic Problem solving for manufacturing testing processes and quality issues
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or above in automation mechanical engineering or physical related fields
- Experience in process development/improvement for High Tech Automotive Manufacturing Environment with pressing staking laser screwing and vision
- Very good English and/or German language skills
- Experienced in simultaneous engineering projects and intercultural competence
- Assertiveness high initiative and independent work willingness to take responsibility target orientation
- Theory in Dynamic Flow Material FEA highly welcomed
- High interests for digitalization and Industry 4.0 topics
