This is your opportunity to step into an exciting Branch Manager role for the South Coast region for Healthcare Australia. Youll lead from the frontdriving growth building meaningful client partnerships recruitment of experienced Nurses & Carers and deliver exceptional workforce solutions across hospitals aged care and disability in the region.

Based in Shellharbour this role operates during standard business hoursoffering the perfect balance of career progression and lifestyle.
What youll be doing:
- Providing support to our existing workforce
- Seeking new business and nurturing our existing clients
- Establishing strong partnerships across Hospitals Aged Care & Disability sectors
- Leading end-to-end (360) recruitment
- Driving branch performance revenue growth and operational excellence
- Overseeing daily operations including workforce allocations
