Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails from clients in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information about our services and assisting clients with inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with agents and clients
- Maintaining client records and updating databases
- Resolving any customer complaints or issues with a positive and efficient approach
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
