Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Remote Client Support Specialist to help deliver a smooth organized and responsive experience for clients from initial inquiry through completion. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving communicating clearly and keeping processes running efficiently behind the scenes.
In this role you will act as a key point of contact for client support ensuring questions are answered promptly details are handled accurately and all requests are properly coordinated. You will assist with scheduling confirmations and ongoing communication while maintaining well-organized records within internal systems.
