Job Summary
Plumbing Estimator/Designer
Location: Aumsville OR
Pay: Salary 86400.00 DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday
We are hiring for a talentedPlumbing Estimator/Designerto join the Estimating and Engineering teams. If you enjoy planning designing and working with construction professionals this is your chance to grow your career and make an impact in modular building.
Responsibilities:
Design plumbing systems for modular projects.
Create and review drawings and specifications.
Estimate materials labor and costs for plumbing work.
Work with vendors to select quality products.
Support production teams with installation solutions.
Help improve processes for efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with project managers on budgets and change orders.
Requirements:
Oregon Journeyman Plumbing License.
Ability to design and estimate plumbing systems.
Knowledge of plumbing codes and construction methods.
Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints.
Skilled in math and problem-solving.
Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable and detail-oriented.
