Job Summary
The Director of Services Operational Excellence leads the design deployment and continuous improvement of a modern digitally enabled HBS Services operating model. This role is accountable for transforming service delivery from laborcentric execution to entitlementdriven digitally assisted and valueoptimized services that improve customer outcomes operational efficiency and margin performance.
You will report directly to the VP General Manager of Services and Software and youll work out of ourAtlanta GAlocation on aHybridwork schedule.
Responsibilities
Own and operationalize the endtoend HBS Services value chain integrating service contract bundles entitlement structures digital capabilities and customer use cases into a cohesive and scalable operating model.
Lead the evolution of standardized valueoptimized Service offerings moving away from highly customized laborbiased delivery models.
Drive digitally assisted maintenance by decoupling technician labor from digital analytical and remote workstreams to reduce onsite dependency.
Partner crossfunctionally with Commercial Digital IT Finance and Operations leaders to align strategy execution and investment priorities.
Establish closedloop Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Voice of the Employee (VOE) feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service design and execution.
Redesign planning and scheduling models to embed entitlement logic improve capacity utilization and optimize technician productivity.
Lead transformation initiatives across short medium and longterm horizons ensuring adoption of new operating models and ways of working.
Directly manage and develop a highperforming team focused on Services Offering definition management analytics and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of accountability innovation and customer focus within the team.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in services operations operational excellence or service transformation roles.
Proven track record leading digitally enabled service or maintenance transformations.
Strong understanding of service contracts entitlement models field operations and planning systems.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrixed environment.
Experience leading a highimpact team
