Organization: Prudential Health India (note: you will be made the offer from PTSI but after incorporation you contract will be moved to PHI)

Reporting to: Chief Information Technology Officer or his DR (direct report)

To partner us in this mission we are looking for a talented

Technical Delivery Manager Intern will support program and project delivery activities across multiple technology and business teams. This role is designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to agile delivery stakeholder coordination execution tracking and governance in a fast-paced digital transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Delivery Managers in planning tracking and executing project deliverables across teams.

Support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.

Track action items risks dependencies and milestones; follow up to ensuretimelyclosure.

Maintain project documentation including RAID logs sprint reports and status dashboards.

Coordinate with engineering QA product and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.

Helpmonitordeliverymetrics such as velocity defect trends and release readiness.

Support release planning deployment coordination and post-release reviews.

Assistin preparing management updates presentations and governance reports.

Learning Exposure

Agile and Scrum-based delivery methodologies.

End-to-end software delivery lifecycle in a regulated domain (health insurance).

Stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.

Delivery governance risk management and execution tracking.

Tools such as Jira Confluence MS Excel PowerPoint and collaboration platforms.

Eligibility / Candidate Profile

Final-year students or recent graduates in Engineering Management Information Technology or related disciplines.

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile concepts.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Comfortable working with data spreadsheets and presentations.

Proactive detail-oriented and eager to learn delivery management practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving zero-to-one environment.
