Role responsibilities
- Provide customer service and process orders for customers at parts counter Ecommerce and over the phone.
- Assist outside sales staff with quotes and orders.
- Assist in maintaining accuracy of inventory.
- Process core and new part returns.
- Maintain up to date company provided training on new processes and new products.
- Accurately fill customer orders as needed by retrieving requested material.
- Take part in maintaining appearance of location as needed straightening cleaning of display and counter area etc..
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience in the medium/ heavy duty or automotive industry preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills with experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills both in person and over the phone.
- Be a strong team player.
