Job Summary

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Generate and follow up on quotations
• Convert inquiries into sales orders
• Provide technical product support
• Process orders returns credits debits and scrap returns
• Monitor inventory and communicate issues
• Resolve customer service issues
• Develop non-major and target accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Monitor competitor pricing and products
• Travel as needed

Qualifications:

• 510 years of inside sales experience
• Computer Proficient
• Associate degree or bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• CRM/ERP experience
• Industrial or value-added product knowledge preferred
