We are seeking a Finance Manager who understands that this role is not just about approvals and paperwork. It is about leadership communication and owning the entire financial experience for the customer.
This position requires someone who can build trust communicate clearly and operate with discipline. The right candidate understands that structure consistency and professionalism drive results not pressure.
This is not a passive role. This is a position that requires ownership availability and the ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment.
We provide the structure support and opportunity. Results are driven by effort accountability and execution.
Responsibilities
Build trust with customers during the final stages of the buying process
Clearly present financing options and protection products in a professional transparent manner
Structure deals that align with lender guidelines and customer needs
Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate and compliant
Work closely with the sales team to maintain deal flow and efficiency
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and approval sources
Handle funding and follow up to ensure deals are completed correctly
Be available when the business demands it including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
High level of personal accountability and ownership
Comfortable having financial conversations with customers
Ability to stay organized and execute in a fast paced environment
Coachable and willing to follow a structured process
Professional presence and decision making ability
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass background check
Automotive finance experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person. What matters most is mindset discipline and the ability to connect with people while maintaining a high standard.
