As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Billerica MA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. Pay Rate: $22.15 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff visitors and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures access control activities and appropriate emergency response actions at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings exterior areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and assist with visitor and/or vendor processing in support of established site protocols and business operations.
• Observe facility conditions and report maintenance issues suspicious activity and/or policy violations while supporting security-related procedures for equipment areas office space and common areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
