Job Summary

Curriculum Support Administrator Term Time Full Time Role for 38 weeks of the year based at Doncaster College 35.5 hours per week.

Are you an organised detaildriven administrator looking to develop your career in a fastpaced educational environment We are seeking a proactive Curriculum Support Administrator to join our highperforming team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety enjoys problemsolving and is passionate about delivering excellent service to students staff and external stakeholders.

Working closely with curriculum teams you will support a wide range of administrative and datarelated processes essential to the smooth running of our programmes. You will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy efficiency and quality of information across the Group helping us improve and maintain outstanding standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across curriculum areas ensuring the delivery of a professional customerfocused service.
  • Support studentrelated processes including admissions enrolment attendance monitoring exams administration and maintenance of learner records.
  • Assist with data quality curriculum planning timetabling and audit preparation.
  • Produce minutes for curriculum meetings and support with the organisation of events such as student disciplinaries and crosscollege activities.
  • Process purchase orders payments DBS checks certificates and online registrations.
  • Contribute to improvements and process transformations across the Curriculum Support team working collaboratively to enhance efficiency.

Essential Criteria

  • Level 2 qualification (or higher) in a relevant subject or equivalent administrative experience in the education sector.
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
  • Experience working in an administrative or datarelated role with strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload and deliver excellent customer service.

Lets Teach The LETs teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. The LETs Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team capturing their experimentation in a journal.
