YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES
Data Architecture & Integration: Support the governance of the whole-school system ecosystem (iSAMS Personio etc.) oversee system upgrades and testing cycles and drive process automation and ensure seamless data integration in close partnership with the IT team.
Registrar & Student Records: Manage the full student record lifecycle (enrollment to transcripts) ensure GDPR compliance oversee system permissions and parent-facing platforms and support families with timely documentation.
Master Scheduling: Support the creation maintenance and ongoing adjustment of the master academic schedule optimizing resource allocation and logistics (exams events rosters) in collaboration with division principals.
Reporting & Insights: Assist in the coordination of academic reporting cycles ensure data integrity for grade verification and support divisions in the use of data to ensure adequate support and resourcing for student need.
Data Culture & Literacy: Maintain shared data standards promote ethical data practices and develop training materials to enhance data literacy among staff.
Operational Strategy: Optimize data processes for scheduling resource allocation staffing and facilities. Translate departmental needs into system solutions and support cross-functional initiatives.
YOUR QUALIFICATION
Professional Experience: Solid background in Registrar operations Data Architecture or Institutional Systems Management. Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) and academic scheduling/timetabling is essential.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of iSAMS Schools Buddy OpenApply ManageBac Seesaw Toddle Reach SAP B1 Power BI Personio.
Compliance & Precision: Expertise in GDPR (European/German) and a track record of maintaining high-precision auditable records with absolute discretion.
Systems Thinking: Strong digital fluency and a process-design mindset. You are an agile problem solver with a proven track record of translating complex academic needs into automated efficient technical workflows.
Communication & Education: Excellent collaboration skills to work across divisions. A background in (international) education is preferred.
