Job Summary
We are a great Club looking for a couple great pool servers to join our team.
Westborough Country Club is a prestigious private country club with one of the most authentic Memberships in the St. Louis Area. During our pool season we take pride in delivering an elevated relaxed dining experience to our Members on our pool deck and outdoor spaces. We hold our staff in high regard and recognize exceptional performers. All of our managers have worked their way up through the ranks and all have multiple years of service experience.
The successful candidates will be coached by one of our outstanding management staff throughout their training period. Your training will include both demonstrative and hands-on instruction with a focus on attentive efficient service in a fast-paced poolside environment. You will learn how to provide exceptional service while maintaining awareness of Member needs in an outdoor recreational setting.
The skills you learn will be of high value to you as your career progresses whether it be at Westborough or beyond. We have employees with exceptional work ethics and expect nothing less from the people who we select to join our staff. We are seeking team members who wish to be part of a team that is poised to provide our Members with the best poolside dining experience in the St. Louis area.
You will be challenged to work hard and will be provided the tools you need for success. All high-performing staff will be rewarded monetarily and considered first if more advanced positions open up. We will provide you with uniforms suitable for outdoor service and an excellent nutritious lunch or dinner each day.
Successful candidates will receive a starting pay based on their experience. Employees also have access to play our pristine golf course on selected Mondays. You can learn more about our Club at .
