We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand sales within a growing specialty coffee business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee café or F&B sales with proven experience in driving revenue growth developing new business channels and managing key client relationships.
The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence increasing revenue streams and building strategic partnerships across retail and corporate segments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including B2B retail and wholesale channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients retailers distributors and hospitality partners.
Drive sales of coffee products beans beverages and related offerings.
Explore and develop new revenue streams such as bulk sales partnerships and corporate accounts.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences within the coffee and F&B industry.
Lead negotiations prepare proposals and close sales agreements and contracts.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and service delivery.
Prepare sales reports forecasts and performance analysis for senior management.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
5 years of proven sales experience in coffee specialty coffee or F&B industry.
Strong network within hospitality retail and distribution sectors in Saudi Arabia.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of coffee products market trends and customer preferences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
