Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand sales within a growing specialty coffee business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee café or F&B sales with proven experience in driving revenue growth developing new business channels and managing key client relationships.

The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence increasing revenue streams and building strategic partnerships across retail and corporate segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including B2B retail and wholesale channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients retailers distributors and hospitality partners.

  • Drive sales of coffee products beans beverages and related offerings.

  • Explore and develop new revenue streams such as bulk sales partnerships and corporate accounts.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences within the coffee and F&B industry.

  • Lead negotiations prepare proposals and close sales agreements and contracts.

  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and service delivery.

  • Prepare sales reports forecasts and performance analysis for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).

  • 5 years of proven sales experience in coffee specialty coffee or F&B industry.

  • Strong network within hospitality retail and distribution sectors in Saudi Arabia.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong understanding of coffee products market trends and customer preferences.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
