On Call Per Diem Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants Los Angeles

Were looking to connect with Nurse Practitioners passionate about womens health for on call / per diem coverage across Tias LA Clinics (multi-site across Pasadena Silver Lake Studio City West Hollywood Culver City and Playa Vista). As a Nurse Practitioner - On call / Per Diem you will be an integral part of the care delivery system. Your clinical expertise related to the full spectrum of providing affirming primary care for women including: gynecological services primary care procedures and holistic whole person care is welcome!

Nurse Practitioners are integral to the formation and iteration of our care model - with opportunities to provide direct patient care but also participate in technology development interdisciplinary case studies protocol development and innovation.

Schedule - On-call / Per diem Providers serve as standby coverage for same-day provider callouts or urgent clinic staffing needs. During any breaks in patient care providers may support virtual care inbox coverage RN team support etc.

Providers are asked to maintain availability for 1 or more on-call days per month which may include weekday or weekend coverage. You tell us what day(s) each month you are available for on-call coverage. On-call shifts are 8 hours in length and will be between the hours of 8:00am7:00pm. Providers must be able to report to clinic within two hours if activated. This role ensures consistent patient care workflow execution and coverage across LA clinic sites during staffing gaps high-volume periods training vacation or emergent needs.

The Nurse Practitioner - On Call / Per Diem functions with high autonomy strong clinical competency and adaptability. They are expected to quickly integrate into each clinics daily flow and uphold Tias standardized workflows.

Skills and assets youll bring to Tia:

• Youre a board certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of California with an unrestricted license able to provide primary and gynecology care and support of all aspects of womens health with compassion and empathy
• Youre adept at providing primary care services including: annual exams and pap smears hypertension management diabetes management anxiety and depression management urgent care concerns (coughs sore throat abdominal pain etc) basic dermatological condition management STD screens procedural skills to perform IUD insertions UTI & Vaginal infections consults etc
• Youre highly tech savvy
• Youre willing to work some (but not all) evenings weekends as needed by schedule.
• Youre authorized to work in the US

Other nice to have skills:

• You have procedural skills to perform: nexplanon insertion and colposcopies or a desire to learn.
