We are looking for a Junior to Medior Solutions Consultant (Asana) who wants to grow into a true expert in workflow design stakeholder management and digital transformation.
You will play a key role in implementing Asana for our customers guiding teams through change and helping organizations collaborate more effectively at scale.
You can work hybrid fully remote within the Netherlands or from our Rotterdam office you choose.

Your profile
What youll be doing
As a consultant youll work independently on projects while still being coached and supported by senior colleagues.
Analyze and map customer processes and collaboration challenges
Design and implement structured workflows in Asana
Configure customer environments (projects portfolios goals automations)
Facilitate workshops and training sessions (virtual and on-site)
Support customers during onboarding and adoption phases
Identify improvement opportunities in existing work management setups
Collaborate closely with Sales during handovers and scoping sessions
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and development of best practices
Support change management initiatives within client organizations
What makes you a great fit
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management IT or related field
25 years of experience in consulting process optimization project management or SaaS implementation
Experience working with tools like Asana Airtable or similar platforms
Comfortable facilitating workshops or team sessions
Strong communication skills and stakeholder awareness
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Structured proactive and customer-focused
Curious mindset and eagerness to grow into a senior consultant role
Optional: willingness to travel for client workshops
