About the Role
Were looking for a dedicated and agile SiteManager to lead a 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL)home in Caringbah. Reporting to the Regional Manager youll be thedriving force behind day-to-day operations guiding and mentoring apassionate team of Disability Support Workers to deliverbest-practice care.
Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make agenuine impact. Youll work closely with residents who have largelyhigh physical needs helping them achieve their goals and livetheir best lives while supporting a team that shares yourcommitment to excellence.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate care and services for residents in a high medical SIL home.
- Manage home resources including shared spaces assets and vehicles.
- Interpret and implement complex support plans.
- Oversee restrictive practices risk management and incident reporting.
- Champion choice and control for residents in their own homes.
- Keep documentation current and ensure plans are in place.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide on-call support (approx. 23 times per year).
About You
Youre a motivated resilient and empatheticleader who thrives in dynamic environments. You bringstrong management experience and extensivemedical knowledge. Youre adaptable commercially savvyand passionate about delivering high-quality services. Challengesdont scare youthey inspire you to find solutions and drivecontinuous improvement. You bring:
- Management experience within disability services.
- Strong knowledge of restrictive practices and NDIS requirements.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
- A proactive solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills.
- Understanding of self-care and professional boundaries.
- A relevant qualification (Diploma or higher).
Successful applicants will require a current NSW Drivers Licenceand First Aid certificate. An offer will be subject to a policeclearance a pre-employment medical 100 points of ID fullAustralian Work rights and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
