Essential Anesthesia Management is offering an opportunity for a service-oriented CRNA to join our team at CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont Texas. This role is part of our OR call team featuring an elevated W2 salary compensated call and an additional week off Highlights:$320000 W2 base salary a full benefits packageCall pay: $750 weekday / $2500 weekend (24hr)Estimated additional call compensation: $38000 annually if call is divided equally8 weeks off annually post-call daysTeam-based call model with 12 CRNAs participatingCase types include: General Surgery Ortho GI GYN ENT Urology Endo CV Neuro OB and VascularThe anesthesia team includes 25 CRNAs and 9 Anesthesiologists across hospital and outpatient settingsDaily staffing:oMain hospital: 3 MDs and 8 CRNAsoOutpatient centers: 1 MD and 4 CRNAsSupportive and collegial culture with excellent teamwork across the ORNew grads are welcome and supported with training and mentorshipQualifications:New grads encouraged to apply!Board certified
