We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA VA USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer who works with loan originators brokers and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor insurance claims funds for repairs to damaged properties ensuring funds are properly tracked and disbursed.
- Issue and review inspections to confirm completed repairs match the disbursements issued maintaining strict compliance with requirements.
- Maintain communication with homeowners via phone and email to track required documentation and provide updates throughout the claim process.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to process claims on loan in foreclosure or at risk ensuring proper claims handling documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments including hazard insurance foreclosure bankruptcy and property preservations to validate that claims align with accurate valuations and coverage requirements.
- Manage relationships with inspections vendors ensuring timely receipt of accurate inspection reports to support disbursement decisions.
- Verify hazard insurance coverage with the hazard department to confirm sufficient policy protection on damaged properties.
- Follow investor insurer and regulatory guidelines regarding loss draft procedures claim documents and disbursement of funds.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Windows and ICE Black Knight (ICE preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Specific Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in customer service within mortgage or financial services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with insurance providers.
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing software and escrow analysis tools.
- 1 years of experience in mortgage servicing escrow or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of escrow processes and insurance disbursements.
- Familiarity with RESPA CFPB regulations and industry guidelines.
- Proficiency in mortgage servicing platforms (e.g. MSP Black Knight FIS or similar).
