Mission:
To implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System ensuring full compliance with contractual technical project-specific legal and regulatory requirements
Reports directly to the Project Director and Head Quality Manager according to the Internal Organization established for the project. He/she will be located according to the Project needs and as indicated by the Project Director being the work center at site in Waalwijk.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Project Quality System.
- Manage and coordinate Quality across all project disciplines (Civil Mechanical Electrical & Instrumentation Supplies)
- Provide support in all activities related to Plant Legalization.
- Supervise and ensure Project Quality compliance in accordance with Client contractual requirements and applicable regulations.
- Participate in the Project Audit Plan.
- Review and validate offers from subcontractors and suppliers within the areas of Quality
- Act as the primary point of contact with the Client on matters related to Quality
- Coordinate and collaborate in the preparation and delivery of construction documentation to the Client and suppliers within the scope of Quality.
- Prepare monthly Quality reports for the Client.
- Supervise and monitor together with the Quality Control Team the Quality of works and supplies on site.
- Review all Quality documentation generated (Procedures Specifications PTS ITPs protocols requirements and performance verification documents for commissioning activities such as welding non-destructive testing standards methods calibration plans and supplier/material inspections).
- Participate in the Method of Statements which will ensure the quality of the project
- Collaborate and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers in the execution of Quality
- Perform any additional duties inherent to the role at ACCIONA Industrial NL
- Quality Representative for the Project during internal and external audits (Client and 3rd Party).
- Management and follow-up of Internal Non-Conformities (Subcontractors/Suppliers) and External Non-Conformities (Client).
- Coordination of the preparation of Quality documentation for Commissioning TOP (Turnover Packages).
- Coordination and participation in the review and preparation of final dossiers in the areas of Quality (Subcontractors/Suppliers) Support the procurement department for the FATs.
- Participate in the projects meetings as the Quality responsible person.
- Develop the required internal Quality Audits.
- Participate in the external Quality Audits.
Requisitos del candidato
Degrees / Certificates / Training:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering Infrastructure or a related technical field.
Languages and Required Level
English High level (written and spoken).
Knowledge of Dutch and Spanish is considered an advantage.
Additional Skills and Experience
Academic Background / Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Additional Training: Knowledge of Electrical Substation Installation
Computer Skills: Knowledge of the Microsoft office tool is required and other knowledge of CAD and Primavera will be valued.
Competency Profile: Knowledge of quality management for substation installation projects.
Required Professional Experience: More than 3 years of experience in quality management within electrical substation installations
