GE Aerospace is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to support leaders and teams in Mechanical Design and Systems Engineering across our Commercial Engineering and Integrated Design & Build organizations.
In this role you will be a trusted HR partner to executives and people leaders providing strategic guidance on organization design talent strategy and workforce planning while also delivering hands-on support to employees across two key sites (Cincinnati OH and Lynn MA). You will play a critical role in developing talent building leadership capability and shaping a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with 5 executives and 280 employees across two locations providing coaching guidance and HR support
  • Lead key HR initiatives focused ontalent development workforce planning and design capability
  • Coach managers on performance development and team effectiveness; ensure fair and compliant HR practices
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employees addressing questions and concerns and connecting them to HR resources
  • Support talent acquisition retention efforts and employee relations including workplace investigations
  • Use data and analytics to inform decisions drive actions and measure impact of HR initiatives

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in related area OR unrelated area with 4 years of HR experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or relevant work experience (roles that involve the application of labor and employment principles operational and business management).
