About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a Housekeeper NB where youll play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial spaces. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting vacuuming and mopping floors.
Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Empty trash and recycle bins to maintain a tidy workspace.
Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
Respond to customer requests and concerns with a positive attitude.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while on the job.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous cleaning experience in commercial or residential settings is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties.
Positive demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
