Job Summary
What Youll Do:
Here are just a couple of the tasks youll be doing on a regular basis:
Communicate with sales front office and reservations in order to coordinate and monitor guest room blocks and special reservation needs.
- Conduct walking site inspections throughout the property.
- Upsell before the events
- Advise sales staff on client needs. Assist sales staff in promoting the hotel developing leads and securing re-bookings.
- Plan and conduct pre and post-conference meetings with clients and respective departments.
Where Youve Been:
You have at least a high school diploma and 2 years of experience working in hotel sales. Additionally you have at least 1 years experience working in food & beverage. Whether youre interacting with clients or your fellow associates youll be working directly with people all the time. Were looking for some who can communicate clearly in a positive and professional manner can perform under pressure and can assist clients in all their requests (even the more challenging ones)!
