Job Summary
PIB Insurance Brokers (part of PIB Group) is a dynamic insurance broker attracting individuals with a wealth of experience in the insurance market. The business provides expertise across a broad range of specialisms and is looking for an experienced Account Handler to join their team in Leicester.
What youll be doing:
- Build and maintain relationships with key existing Retail Insurance Wholesale Insurance and/or Reinsurance broking clients.
- Develop strategies and goals for the development and management of these accounts often in collaboration with business developers.
- Liaise with brokers and other colleagues to ensure all relevant information is gathered in the preparation of annual renewals and endorsements.
- Understand client needs and apply knowledge of risks and the insurance market to find and arrange suitable insurance coverage and policies; act in the interest of the client and offer products from more than one insurer to secure the optimal insurance solution.

- Insurance knowledge ideally commercial lines.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Good client service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
