As an Account Manager youll become a trusted partner to a portfolio of customers building longterm relationships that drive real commercial impact and help our clients get the very best from Ideagens solutions. With a consultative mindset and a focus on value youll uncover opportunities for growth anticipate challenges and support customers in achieving meaningful outcomes. Working collaboratively across our teams youll contribute directly to expanding our global footprint while developing your own expertise in a dynamic innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive highvalue engagement across your account portfolio ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience every day
  • Build influential trustdriven relationships with key stakeholders to maximise longterm account value and retention
  • Uncover and convert strategic upsell and crosssell opportunities that accelerate growth and deliver measurable commercial impact
  • Drive the full expansion cyclefrom shaping customer vision to crafting proposals and closing highquality agreements
  • Develop insightled account plans that align customer goals with Ideagens solutions driving adoption satisfaction and ongoing value
  • Collaborate across Product Customer Success Marketing and Commercial teams to create innovative customercentric strategies that strengthen performance and reduce risk

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience hitting targets in account management within a fastpaced environment
  • Strong ability to build and grow strategic longterm customer relationships that deliver measurable value
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue through upsell crosssell or renewal activity
  • Skilled at managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and momentum
  • Confident communicating and presenting to stakeholders at all levels including senior decisionmakers
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop compelling proposals and insights; SaaS experience is a plus
