The Prime Video Intl Finance team seeks a Commercial Finance Analyst to lead on Intl Content FP&A. The role is highly commercial in focus scaling reporting and planning tools to provide rock solid content investment tracking and analysis at the Intl level. It would suit finance professionals with a transactional commercial finance background with strong proficiency in FP&A and financial modelling. Based in our London Office.
Responsibilities:
- Leading content spend planning cycles and processes across the Intl Prime Video business
- Partnering regional FDs in understanding content budget trends and variances completing deep dives and analysis as needed
- Develop and maintain robust reporting processes and tooling to scale across a growing business
- Own various content investment economic deep dives and general reporting up to WW level
- Bachelors degree in engineering statistics or business or a Bachelors degree and experience in quantitative role (engineering process re-engineering quality assurance)
- Experience in tax finance or a related analytical field
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
- Experience in identifying leading and executing opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
- MBA or CPA
- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)
