What You Will Bring
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience in general ledger accounting.
Experience in loan/lease accounting preferred.
Bachelors degree in accounting.
General accounting background with a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel to analyze manage and reconcile large datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess unusual transactions and identify root causes.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and work well in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Strong time management skills with a high level of integrity and professional judgment.
Ability to build credibility and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated proactive and accountable for delivering accurate and timely results.
Work Environment

What to Expect
The Sr. Revenue Accounting Associate is primarily responsible for accounting and financial reporting support for the revenue transactions through the subledger system. This role includes supporting product operations OEM and affiliate billings suspense and cash account reconciliations ensuring accurate and timely reporting through strong ownership and cross functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
1. Prepare and perform assigned daily accounting activities and monthly general ledger account reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies in a timely manner. Identify process improvement opportunities and utilize automation tools to enhance reconciliation efficiency and accuracy.
2. Support monthend quarterend and yearend close processes including journal entry preparation account reconciliations and variance analysis. Analyze and explain key fluctuations resolve reconciling items and ensure financial results are complete accurate and compliant with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies. Assist with quarterly reporting schedules footnote disclosures and audit support.
3. Provide internal and external audit support ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
