Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers visitors and staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities at a public transportation location.
• Respond to incidents service disruptions and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or public emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities platforms parking areas administrative spaces and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points observe public areas and document security-related concerns policy violations and/or maintenance issues according to post instructions.
• Support a professional environment by assisting with directions answering general questions and reporting suspicious behavior unattended property and/or other concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
