Accedo is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its growing Professional Services team in Brazil.
Objective of role:
Responsible for project management from initiation planning to execution controlling closing of Accedo solutions to customers in EMEA and Latin America. This includes direct customer/supplier interfacing as well as managing project delivery teams.
About the team:
The Delivery department at Accedo is responsible for successfully planning executing and delivering digital video solutions to our clients worldwide. Working in close collaboration with Product Sales and Technology teams Delivery ensures that projects are scoped effectively run efficiently and meet agreed quality time and budget expectations. Our teams combine strong domain expertise agile ways of working and a customer-centric mindset to drive value throughout the full delivery lifecycle from initial discovery and design through implementation launch and post-release optimization. Across all global offices Delivery plays a key role in turning our clients business goals into reliable scalable and engaging video experiences.
What you will do:
- Lead Professional Services engagements and customer projects across EMEA and Latin America from initiation through to closure.
- Act as the single point of contact for the customer suppliers and delivery team escalations.
- Directly manage project delivery teams covering engineering and quality assurance.
- Take responsibility for project governance change management financial control and reporting to key internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to Accedos delivery best practices and support the ongoing improvement of our delivery processes.
- Represent Accedo through on-site customer visits in EMEA and Latin America.
