Job Summary

Description

Your main tasks will include:

  • advising business and people managers on all HR-related matters
  • regular cooperation with works councils in co-determination matters including negotiations of works agreements
  • participating in (international) projects and reorganizations together with other Shared Service streams
  • supporting in M&A and (post-merger) integration projects
  • enhancing digitalization and automation processes within HR environment


Responsibilities
  • Regular working time of 39 hours with flextime account and hybrid working environment

Qualifications
  • 3 years of professional experience in a HR generalist role
  • a confident and customer-oriented demeanor
  • strong communication skills experience in negotiations
  • eager to learn motivated a proactive approach and solution-oriented
  • a university degree or similar qualification is recommended
  • very good ability to work in a team
  • fluent German and English skills
  • knowledge in labor law would be advantageous
