DescriptionYour main tasks will include:
- advising business and people managers on all HR-related matters
- regular cooperation with works councils in co-determination matters including negotiations of works agreements
- participating in (international) projects and reorganizations together with other Shared Service streams
- supporting in M&A and (post-merger) integration projects
- enhancing digitalization and automation processes within HR environment

Qualifications3 years of professional experience in a HR generalist role
a confident and customer-oriented demeanor
strong communication skills experience in negotiations
eager to learn motivated a proactive approach and solution-oriented
a university degree or similar qualification is recommended
very good ability to work in a team
fluent German and English skills
knowledge in labor law would be advantageous
