Senior Civil Engineer 1 Water/Wastewater Treatment (Project Manager / Lead Engineer) (On-Site)

IMEG Corp. is seeking aSenior Civil Engineer 1to leadwater and wastewater treatmentdesign and delivery efforts as aProject Manager and/or Lead Engineer. This role will manage moderate to complex projects independently and lead larger high-complexity projects with limited support from senior staff.Youllcollaborate closely with engineers and consultants to provide project direction engineering solutions and trusted client advice that drives positive outcomes.
Principal Responsibilities
Coordinate oversee and manage projects ranging in size and complexity.
Assist Project Executives and Client Executives withdesign scopes of workandfee calculationsfor proposal development as well as supportcontract reviews.
Create project schedules including milestone targets and deadlines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients.
Createmonthly billingsandsubmitfinancial information to Accountingin a timely manner; update billing projections and estimated completion percentage for all projects monthly.
Ensure design follows owner standards/requirementsIMEG standards and code requirements; ensure milestone deliverables are achieved quality control processes are completed and construction technical support occurs on time.
Collaborate with design staff and coordinate project scheduling through all phases of design and construction; schedule and lead progress meetings and provide meeting documentation.
Conduct construction site visits and provide documentation as needed or requested.
Respond to and resolve client/construction concerns; manage change orders and obtainappropriate approvals.
Mentor train motivate and lead others.
Buildmaintain and develop client relationships.
Required Skills / Abilities
Demonstrated leadership traits aligned with theProject Managementcareer path.
Strong technical competence and analytical ability in civil engineering (with water/wastewater treatment emphasis).
Ability to perform final quality control checks within your area of expertise.
Ability to sell work and develop/maintainclient relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; eager to adapt to new challenges.
Proficient withMS Office(Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to travel up to20% with occasional overnight stays.
Education & Experience
B.S. in Civil Engineering(or equivalent).
Professional Engineer (PE)license.
7 years(8 preferred) incivil design and consulting.
