Job Summary

Task Responsibilities:

Carry out daily tasks under guidance
Attend airside operations for unloading and loading of aircraft
Load planning by weight and balance of the flights according to company regulations
Co-ordinate monitor & supervise special cargo handling and warehouse build-up
Co-ordinate with Airport Authorities stations departments and ground handler on cargo operations matters
Co-ordinate loading plan with Sales department and Ground Handler
Co-ordinate with outstations on space allotments
Co-ordinate cargo irregularities with outstations customers and ground handler
Update shipment data into the computer system
Handle crew related matters
Resolving all cargo-flight related issues with all concerned

Essential Requirements For The Position:

Good spoken and written English
Experience in airline cargo handling will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office application
Irregular working hours
Overseas training required
Valid drivig license
Willing to work on shift (day night and overnight) as per roster

Working Conditions:

It is a full-time position based in Hong Kong.
Vacation and other absences should be planned in a way so as to avoid conflicting with service and business requirements.
Work on a shift basis.
Flexibility may be needed with working hours
