• Manage a dedicated book ofbusinessofour highest value iGamingcustomers.
• Analyze andmaintainproperplayerreinvestment ratios
• Extend VIP-exclusive iGaming promotions
• Build meaningful relationshipsthrough40 50 phone calls per day
• Strategically email and text extend offers promotions and events
• Educate guests on the importance ofVIPalong with providingthemdedicatedgaming resources.
• Support teammates in the office five days a week Monday through Friday.
• Execute strategic marketing campaigns designed to enhance our guests gaming experience.
• Organize and make reservations to our properties nationwide on behalf of your VIP guests.
• Attend meetings with leadership to ensure you are supported and equipped to perform your job at the highest standard.
• Maintain healthy growth amongst all gaming metrics for the businessyoureresponsible for
• Engage in actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws regulations and company policies.
• Identifycompliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize these risks.
• Champion within theorganizationa commitment to honesty integrity and responsible corporate behavior.

• Three years experience in Executive Hosting preferably iGaming.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of iGaming required.
• High levelof energy enthusiasm and passion for improving the VIP experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Salesforce understanding analytics dashboards and gaming technologies.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license in alljurisdictionsCaesars casinosoperatein.
• Must be able tocommute to the office each day.

• Professional yet personable paired with discipline on when to use which.
• Technologically inclined with the aptitude to learn new systems and software.
• Must have manual dexterity and coordination tooperateoffice equipment including but not limited to computers telephone/headsetetc.
• Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise conditions.
• Must be able to make telephone calls for extended periods (minimum40 calls/day).)
• Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds.
• Must be able to tolerate areascontainingsecondhand smoke.
• Must be able to work forlong periodsof time under fluorescent lighting.
• Must be able to work at a desk for most of the day in a seated position.
• Mustbe able to spend most of the day working off computermonitorsand operating a keyboard.
• Although most of thepositionwill be spentseatedat a desk there will be occasions where the candidate must be able to remain on ones feet forlong periodsof time and/or walk for long distances.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Must be able to meet business demands on weekends when necessary.
