The Harborview Injury Prevention and Research Center (HIPRC) has an outstanding opportunity for an INSIGHT Program Operations Specialist-Lead to join our team. This is a temporary full-time position for the period 6/22/2026 8/07/2026.
The INSIGHT Program Operations Specialist Lead is responsible for the management of the Harborview Injury Prevention & Research Center summer program for high school students.
This position reports to the HIPRC Program Manager and works closely with the Training & Education Program Specialist and the INSIGHT High School Faculty Lead. The HIPRC administratively sits within the Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine in the UW School of Medicine and is a multi-disciplinary specialty center located at Harborview Medical Center Campus. This position will work remotely/online.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in healthcare management business social science programs education or other related field.
Minimum 1-2 years experience managing programs involving student learners curriculum development or educational programs.
Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements such as a license/certification/registration.
