Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs role requirements and hiring priorities
- Manage fullcycle recruiting for exempt and nonexempt positions including sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards social media referrals and direct outreach
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends candidate availability and hiring best practices
- Ensure a highquality candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices
- Ensure compliance with employment laws company policies and internal controls
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time to fill quality of hire source effectiveness)
- Participate in continuous improvement of recruiting processes tools and employer branding efforts
- Other duties as assigned
