Job Summary
- Understand the Business needs Gather & Analyze content Write Storyboards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners BAs SMEs for content creation chunking reviews etc.
- Develop storyboards for different delivery mediums (WBTs vILTs Videos Games Simulations Blended learning solutions) keeping in mind user profile & technology
- eLearning development of Software applications
- Understand basic ID principles such as Bloomss levels of taxonomy ADDIE model
- Must have developed a training content
- Should be able to work with some graphic team closely. Experience with video-based training.
- Experience of Technical and Systems simulation training will be preferred.
- Ability to work with content publishing tools like Articulate will be a bonus
